The Producer Waste Compliance Regulations for batteries, packaging, and WEEE are all different -so for producers with multiple obligations, it is essential that a holistic approach is taken to avoid confusion and unnecessary expense.
By combining our BatteryBack, PackCare and WeeeCare schemes under the Wastecare Compliance divisions, this provides a more cohesive approach for our members whilst also reducing their costs.
In addition, we offer a reduction on our scheme membership fees for registering with more than one compliance scheme.

A large percentage of our compliance scheme members generate their own evidence to count towards their obligation, and benefit from additional income as a result of the materials we may recover from their waste.
All Wastecare Compliance scheme members receive a 10% discount on waste management services we supply to their sites or those of their customers.

The cost of an annual site audit is included in our scheme membership fees. Additional on-site audits and audits for a comprehensive review of EPR packaging data might incur an additional fee.
